Opening of visitor’s visa (urgently)
Apostille is a special stamp which is placed on official documents of non-commercial content issued by the agencies and organizations of the member states of the Hague Convention about abolishing of requirement of legalization for foreign public documents (signed on October 5, 1961). It confirms the authenticity of the signature and the capacity in which the person signed the document, and, in some cases, the authenticity of a stamp or seal which the document bears. It does not require further certification or legalization and is valid for the official authorities of all Member States of the Convention.
